I simply loved the hotel's location, being so close to Le Prisme for a concert and offering easy access to Clermont-Ferrand. The rooms may need a little attention as they feel old-fashioned and tired, but they are undeniably clean and represent good value for money. The service was a mix - some staff were exceptional and went out of their way to assist, while others seemed indifferent like when I was told about the unavailability of food and wifi with what can only be described as a 'Galic shrug. '
